| I am extremely happy that I successfully finished IM Lake Placid, literally, just under 13 hours. I'm simultaneously extremely happy and proud of myself, and disappointed with my run. My knee started to hurt really bad on the run and brought me down from what I thought was a really great and strong start. That was the only bummer of the day though, thankfully. I'm happy with the final result, and now I'm chlling during recovery. |
