So, I'm feeling more motivated and dedicated lately. I've been able to work out most every day that I have time. The only bummer is that I've not been keeping up with my stretching regimen. As a result my back has been really sore and tender, I mean, incredibly tender. I don't think that it's a big deal, with some warming up it is fine, but I'm trying to rest. Why do I write this stuff up here? Like anyone wants to hear this. I wonder if the phenomenon of blogging is more of a self-centered thing about us wanting to get our daily foibles out to a larger audience... but is that really what happens? Perhaps this isn't the forum for this. I'm just saying. |
