Badger miles

So, in the interest of filling out more of the slots on workoutlog, from here on out I am instituting the Badger Miles dictum.  I heard about this training idea from a runner friend of mine who said that at the University of Wisconsin they base many of their track workouts on the concept of doing miles at a certain pace, and that's how they log their distances.  Having been at training for a couple months now I have a pretty good idea of my training pace, even if I am really pretty disappointed at it.  So from here on out I am estimating the distance of my workouts based on a training pace of 10:00/miles running, and 15 mph on the bike.  We'll see how that goes.
