| hooray Summer. Or at least hooray sun and blue skies. Today was gorgeous, but it's been disgustingly hot latel. Which, of course, is much better than awfully cold and crappy. But I digress, I'm writing again because I'm back on workouts. Woohoo. Today marks the third day in a row I've worked out, and my first run in over a month. I'm feeling a little tight, but overall very good. I'm getting excited again. Hopefully that will stick with me for a while this time. |
