Wahoo!!  12 min 0.8 mile swim thanks to a strong downstream current in the Susquehanna!  Bike fast and flat and felt good on run.  About same as last year.  AG 1st! 

Well Eagleman 70.3 is in the books.  A welcome change in the weather from last year saw pros Terenzo Bozzone and Miranda Carfrae take the win for the pros!   It was nice and cool race morning.  The water was relatively warm, and it stayed overcast without much wind on the 56 mile bike, before the sun came out for the run, but it wasn’t hot.  Last year saw 95F temps!   The Eagleman gods were smiling.

I was pretty happy with my bike, but the swim and run need improvement, but overall I was pretty happy with a 5:09 finish.  Rode about 22mph on the bike, and about 8:20’s on the run.  My UA Spectres felt really good, they were smooth and soft on what sometimes can be hot pavement!  They pulled me thru to the finish!  AG 50^th and with a smile J
