| 2 months till IM. Eagleman was great - a pr in 4:51!. Ran a half marathon the following week and did well. This week ramping up the swim miles. Then get some long rides in. Two more shorter distance races. Diamond in the Rough and Northeast coming up. Running cross-country practice with my son. |
