I had a great week. This was my second week of working out since my surgery back in February. I had two good runs and some great sessions on the stationary bike. I ended up feeling so good on the stationary that I decided to move up to the CompuTrainer for my bike workout on Sunday. The bike seems to be coming back quicker than the running. I had to stop myself after nearly 2 hours just so I didn’t over do it. This is my first week traveling for work again. I am current traveling to NYC. I hope the hotel gym isn’t too jammed up in the early morning. I also hope the treadmill works well, especially this time of year while the streets are so sloppy. There is no way I want to go outside this week to run. I am thinking that after I adjust to traveling this week and keep up the working out that I will be ready for Coach Jay to take over and get me back on a plan again. Cheers |
