Biographical Information:
Been taking Tris seriously for about 6 years now. Trying to get faster, but its not the only thing there is. No background in swim or bike or run, so theres always room for improvement every year.
I prefer the longer stuff.
Most of my training is solo and at crazy hours. But I love those group rides when they fit my unpredictable schedule.
Although my swim is improving, I desperately need a swim coach.
