Last week I have bumped up my training distances and was eating clean but boy am I exhausted! With the suggestion of my friends, I thought it would be very valuable for me to return to journalling my food AND workouts more faithfully. I know I have success with journally for weight loss, so why not journal my running again. (sometimes we get more cocky and don't think we need to be accountable)
I'm excited.....but still tired! Time to head to bed and get my rest that I need with my training!
