Biographical Information:
I only started running properly in February 2007, thinking it would be good to try and train for a 10k in Phuket in June 07. Then, in July 07, I read a great book: Confessions of an all night runner by Dean Karnazes, and I was determined to set myself an ambitious goal - 10k to 100k in 12 months! I did it, in July 08, in the Sunrise to Sunset 100k Ultra in Mongolia, and now am setting new goals.... just completed my first OD triathlon in May 09, and I think I am hooked. Look out Ironman! |
