Besides my Triathlon coaching I am involved in a Business/Life coaching program. I find that between the two they keep on track. When I do as I'm told things work out pretty well.

Part of my BC concept is staying out of the GAP, the gap being the difference between focusing on the positive or the negative. Every day I used to sit down and write down what was was positive for me that day. At the end of the week this was reviewed and no matter how bad things were you would find progress. Most people focus on the negative and what they didn't get done. "I missed my swim class, I was tired today. Work is getting in the way" Forget that stuff, it will always be there, that's life. Think, I trained so hard yesterday my muscles are tired. What a great training day. It works, try it.

This week is a taper and preparation for an Olympic Race. I am so ready. I am racing with my Grandson; again, how cool is that. My Assistant has been away for minor surgery and starts back today. Whoo, Hoo; now I can get re-organized. I had it out with an office employee due to a lacsadial attitude. Its about time I spoke my mind.

One sad point is my Spouse's Mother, Betty had kidney failure and will be passing on shortly. The positive is; they have over the years become a broken family and this is allowing everyone to re-discover each other. Everything in life has a purpose. If Betty could speak to them this is what she would want.

Have a GREAT week everyone, don't let life pass you by.
