Biographical Information:
Training for my first Sprint Triathlon July 21 in Abbotsford, BC.
Also training for my first Sun Run (10km) April 15 in Vancouver.
Married, expectant Dad (June 16th)! Two nutty Burmese cats keep us amused in the meantime.
My wife completed two Olympic tris last year and she inspired me to get my butt in shape and try one myself.
