Biographical Information:
Ive been an endurance athlete participating in triathlons and road races since 2004 when I ran my first marathon with Team In Training. I typically do 2-3 tris a season and 10-12 road races a year. I competed in my first Ironman (Lake Placid) in July 2009, my second in 2010 (I crashed in 2011) and Im going back in 2012. Its an awesome experience... LP is spiritual! I have a wonderful wife and three great kids. Thanks to all who support me! |
