Weeks Diet During Tests at Stirling Uni

Test Week Diet

 

Monday

 

Breakfast - Natural Yogurt, Grenola, Honey and berries. " Slice of wholemeal toast with butter and marmalade. Coffee.

Lunch - Baked potato with Tuna and side salad.Cup of Tea.

Snack - Banana

Dinner - Raw baby corn with houmous.Small fillet steak with green salad. Cup of tea and 2 ginger nuts.

 

Tuesday

 Breakfast - Porridge with prunes and honey, 1 slice of wholmeal toast with butter and marmalade. Coffee.

Lunch - 2 slice of wholmeal toast with beans. Grated cheese topping. Cup of tea.

Dinner - 4 oat cakes with smoked salmon pate. Bowl of penne pasta with a tomato sauce.

Snack after swimming - Cup of tea and 2 ginger nuts.
 

Wednesday

 Breakfast - Porridge with prunes and honey. 2 slice of wholemeal toast with butter and marmalade. Coffee.

Snack after run Test - Small glass of apple juice

Lunch - Egg Mayo sandwich on wholemeal bread with small side salad. Coffee. (Beechtree Cafe)

Dinner - Smoked salmon pate on crakers. Grilled Cajun chicken with green salad. Cup of tea and 2 ginger nuts.
 

Thursday

 Breakfast - Grenola, natural yogurt, honey and berries. 1 slice of wholemeal toast with butter and marmalade. Coffee.

Lunch - Tesco cheese and onion sandwich on brown bread. 1 Apple. 1 Banana. Cup of tea.

Before Bike Test - cappuccino at Clive's with 1 sugar (I never take sugar but I feel I may need it today)

After Bike Test - Banana

Dinner - 2 bowls of lentil soup and 2 BLT rolls on white bread. Cup of Tea and 2 ginger nuts.
 

Friday

 Before swim test - Small glass of fresh apple juice.
