A New Year

Will get into this in more detail later but suffice it to say that I have made significant changes to my life and lifestyle to promote better overall health and to improve my athletic performance.  As of Wednesday the 11th, I have lost 25.5 lbs since starting the Ideal Weight Naturally program at Laurelhurst Integrative Health (Dr. Kathryn Retzler and Daniel Soule).  There will be much more to come about that as it is not a Weight Watchers kind of thing...I learned alot about myself, not just my relationship to food.  I'm also doing Reformer Pilates and TRX to strengthen my core, along with the rest of me.  The results thus far: a 10% in power on the bike over the same time last year, I'm running 2 min/mile faster than last year, and I've never felt better in the pool.
