Biographical Information:
Its been about Ironman for 4 years now.
After working very hard at getting very fat, I took up triathlon at the age of 40. Since then, I have completed dozens of half and 3 full marathons. I have done a few sprints and Olympics, 6 half Ironmans and Ironman Canada 3 times.
This year, I scored the Kona lottery and am training for the Vineman Half in July, Ironman Canada in August and Kona, Hawaii for the Ironman World Championships.
