So far working out twice as much as this time last year. Doing more strength training for sprint tri's. No need to do a lot of endurance training for these types of events. Starting to do football and track drills.

Speed and strength will be the keys to a successful race. Finishing is the first short-term goal in a sub-set of many goals.
