Biographical Information:
Ironman Canada 2010 Finisher
This year my plan is to train for Challenge Penticton 2013 with my spouse, and complete the swim portion of the race in the relay. Now that I know I can do it, I am looking to embrace triathlon as a lifestyle and pursue balance and health rather than having my sights solely set on the achievement of completing an Ironman distance triathlon.
