Biographical Information:
Wasnt sure what "athlete type" to check as Ive never thought of myself as an athlete. I work-out alot, earned my black belt a few years ago, even teach Spinning,...but an athlete (question mark) So, I am trying my first Tri - the Trek Womens sprint tri in Pleasant Prairie this July. Joined the Heart Zones coaching program with Kimberly Goodell (we are a lucky group!) as my coach and I am learning and loving it!! |
