Biographical Information:
I did my frist triathlon in 2005 with a short sprint distance race; the 500 yard swim was frightening so I got some swim lessons and did a full season of sprint and olympic distance races in 2006 at which point I was hooked! I worked my way up to an IM in 2008 then Lake Placid IM in 2009 and 2011 with quite a few shorter distance races in between. Training, racing and being part of the triathlon community have really enhanced my life and I hope to keep racing as long as I live. |
