WEll, so I am about to start a hard training week. It is spring break and everyone from the area has gone somewhere exotic or just gone home. I have not really been training as hard as I was last year, due to new developments in my life, but I know that I have to get back in shape. Especially since I have signed up for several long course races this year. I guess we will see how much I can train this week with all of the studyingn that I need to do. I am hoping tobe up around 25 hours, but I guess we will see.
