Biographical Information:
Have been doing triathlons for 2 years now and in that time completed a Sprint, Olympic, 3 Half-Ironmans and in August 08, my first Ironman... Ironman Louisville!
Have a great coach in Shawn Skene with PR Peak Performance and look forward to taking on the Ironman distance again - I love the challenge of this sport and have met some very cool people along the way.
