Biographical Information:
I run, bike, and swim. I will hopefully run the Hyvee Triathlon next summer but it depends on how my training goes. Im also a black belt in tae kwon do and occasionally do ju jitsu. In track, my specialty is the 400m hurdles. I also ran the 100m hurdles, shuttle hurdles, and the 4x400. Im currently in XC season right now and for some reason Im not as fast as I was last season..I hope to change that!! |
