I have just joined the NoBo 5K program and am excited to become a runner! I need to keep up with my two active boys (ages 8 and 6) with all their sports. P.S. - Under "Athlete Type" there should be a "newbie runner" selection. I dont feel that I can yet label myself a runner! :) |
