Biographical Information:
marathon runner since 1976, have completed 67marathons including 18 Boston marathons with a PR of 2:33 in 1981
cyclist and triathlete since2004 have completed several international dist, and several half im and 10 ironman events (Lake Placid x 4 2005-2007, 2011 and Coeur Dalene in 2008 and 2009.
Have run Comrades ultramarathon in South Africa twice and presently training for my third Comrades |
