Biographical Information:
5th year triathlete. 1st year triathlon coach. Training for my first Iron Distance race this September (Grand Columbian in Central WA). My strength is the run, trying to bring bike up to par. My goal as a coach and athlete is to optimize a lower volume approach to long distance racing so that the working athlete with family can participate and perform well in these challenging events while maintaining a balanced lifestyle. |
