Back in the Pool

Back to swimming after a month off, shoulder a bit tight but not too bad, I really enjoyed it even though it was only 1350 yds.

I have a 45 minute walk on the treadmill scheduled but I also have the flu. My OCPD tells me -"Work out!". My brain and stomach tell me "go back to bed!".  Who will win?
