Biographical Information:
My name is Bryan Cook. I am 34 years old soon to be 35 at the end of this month. I had a complete tear of my ACL and PCL a lil over a year ago. I had surgery and went through a very long rehab process. I have been out of working out scene for about a year. I am recently married in the past 6 months and we now have a baby due in July. So.....I am no longer living for me but 3 other amazing people. So, I am getting back in the gym to get in shape. |
