Biographical Information:
Accepted drunk bet on holiday to do novice triathlon.
Rolled up 2 months before 40th birthday to swim breaststroke, ride Halfords dual suspension mountain bike and walk most of the run course.
Never intended doing another but still trying to erase the feeling of shame when I finished.
