Biographical Information:
Ive been particapating in triathlons since 2002. Here are the major one to date: Pac Grove 3x; Escape from Alcatraz; Escape from the Rock; 70.3 Vineman; Ironman Canada 06; Treasure Island; Uvas. Ive also swim from Alcatraz two other times. Swimming is my strongest area (see photo...I love it!)
