Biographical Information:
Multi sport athlete in High School Got married and fat but still had a love of exercise and activity. Stumbled on the sport of duathlon in 2007. And I entered 3 races without a clue what I was doing and didnt even own a bike that weighed less than 40 lbs. Ive come a long way since then but still have a long way to go. But Im enjoying every minute of it.
Doing Kansas 70.3 in June and IM Louisville in August, God willing! |
