Biographical Information:
I am new to the sport of triathlon and I love it! My first triathlon was the Oceanside 70.3 so I like to say I am working my way down to the sprint distance. In 2007 I started a company called 52 Healthy Weeks which helps women navigate their way to better health through food, fitness and coaching. It is a ton of fun and definitely hard work as well. We live a very active life in San Diego and also really enjoy hiking, backpacking, traveling and natural cooking. |
