Saturday before Human Race

2 hours before my 5.5 mile run

Breakfast 1/2 English Muffin

              Peanut butter

              1/4 bananna

              Honey

              1 - cup strong coffee with 2 tblsp soy creamer

Finish eating, shave dress for race & get to race abt 1 hour or so before.

Results

This will  work...no ill affects...
