Biographical Information:
I ran Cross Country and Track in college and started doing triathlons in 97. Ironman PR of 9:52 with two trips to the Big Island in 97, 05. Getting ready for 2008 season. Key races include Cal Half Ironman, Wildflower, Boise 70.3, Lake Stevens 70.3 and Ironman Canada.
