Biographical Information:
I turned 30 this year and found out that despite being an occasional runner, hockey player, and moderatley active, and an only slightly overwieght person that I had developed pre-diabetes and polycystic ovarian syndrome. I kicked myself in the a* and decided to get up and do something I had always dreamed of. I bought a bike, joined a club and now and trying to do a sprint tri in October. I want to be a good example of fitness to my daughter. |
