Ok, it's "GO" time!  Saturday was the season TNT kick-off.  Met Coaches, Mentors and Teammates.  Some familiar faces (Paul, Jennifer and Jamie (from Solvang Century)).

Went to spinning class at Gold's Gym,  1 hour Zone 3 & 4.  Rest day tomorrow and spending some time learning how to use this workoutlog tool.
