Biographical Information:
Former competitive gymnast, spin instructor, personal trainer, boot camp instructor, gymnastics coach and judge and 2x TNT LLS marathon team participant. I have no triathlons under my wings as 2009 comes to a close, but the new year will bring plenty of experience leading up to my big goal of racing Vineman Full Ironman distance triathlon on July 31, 2010. |
