I hate traffic!
they closed the way from 110N to 5N and it took me like 45 minutes to get back on where im suppose to be. uhhh!

 2 hours of bike ride was GREAT! it felt really good mentally.
but the short run after killed me!
i've never felt the way i did before on saturday...my legs..they were just sooo tense!
it was pretty crazy!

after that we all went to the children hospital of los angeles to visit the leukemia & lymphoma floor.
it was really sad at first becaz they were all sooo young, but afterwards seeing them smile on their faces made me happy. they will all definately be in my prayer! good luckkkk
