Biographical Information:
Fundraising and Training with TEAM IN TRAINING IRONTEAM for the Vineman Ironman Distance Triathlon in August 2008. It is a 2.4 Miles Swim, 112 Mile Bike, and 26.2 Mile Run (140.6 Mile Race all in one day). Also on the team: my girlfriend Liz Carroll, and buddies Aaron Umber and Nick Carlstrom.
