Biographical Information:
Im only calling myself a triathalete because I am going to train specifically for a Ramblin Rose Triathalon next year but so far Im really only a walker who swims and bikes some. I used to be in great shape and I will be again, but thats a good year and a lot of pounds down the line. One step at a time I will make it.
