Racin IM again this year (Louisville, KY). I really want sub 11:00:00 before I turn 40. Avid multi-distance triathlete, adventrue racer, XC skiier and hiking nut. My two yellow labs are my favorite training buddies, Man can they swim!!
Im an assistant coach for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Societys team in training this season.
