Biographical Information:
I completed my first Olympic distance triathlon--St Anthonys St Pete, FL in April 2006. Traumatized from the 4 foot waves, I stopped swimming during 2007 and competed in duathlons to stay active. Managing my PTSD, I am back in the pool this year and plan to complete a couple of Olympic tris this season. If I dont end up competing, thats fine too. I love the cross training that triathlon sport provides. Enjoy a great season!! |
