Biographical Information:
Having completed a couple of sprint distance tri’s whilst living in Lincoln in 2007. I went on to complete my first 70.3 race in June 2011 returning and completing it again in 2012 quicker but a little disappointingly so. Determined to do better I continued to train and completed Aberfeldy middle distance In 6 hours 10 minutes in August, 76 minutes quicker than my last race in June.
Bring on 2013 and my first full iron distance! |
