Biographical Information:
Taking part in my first triathlon in six years at Aberfeldy Half Ironman in August 2012 Im now back to toe the line at Ironman UK in Bolton on 4th September. Its a race I was originally supposed to do in 2008 but for many reasons didnt.
I dont have a highly detailed plan for getting back in shape after a few years of not doing much. No, Ill simply be following the Ron Jeremy training plan: keeping it hard and long as much as possible! |
