Day 2 Week 1

Made it throught Day 1!!  I have never been so sore in my life!  Last night after I got off of work at 8pm I did my regular weight training workout then I ran for 1 full hour. My goal was to complete 5 miles in that hour, I did 5.35! After the run I did 30 minutes of core training...sit ups on one of those big inflated balls. Those are harder than they look. It takes every muscle in your body to balance you on that thing. I arrived home around 11pm last night. Just enough time to re-pack my workout bag, drink a glass of water then head to bed. I woke thismorning at 3:30am to prepare for the 5:10am Spin Class at the Y.  This is one of those classes where you see 35-40 people all crammed into a small, hot room on those funny looking stationary bikes sweating their asses off!  After an hour of that class, and losing 9 lbs of sweat, my training partner and I decided to hop in the pool for a few laps.  Oh Chris, what have you got yourself into?
