Some personal firewalls block cookies. If you have firewall software running on your machine and you cannot accept cookies after making the appropriate setting changes in your browser, please make sure that your firewall settings are not blocking cookies.
In Internet Explorer 5.x:
Click the Tools menu and then Internet Options.
Select the Security tab and click the Custom Level button.
Scroll down to the Cookies section.
Enable both options and then click OK.
In Internet Explorer 6.x:
Click the Tools menu and then Internet Options.
Select the Privacy tab.
Adjust the Settings so that it does not say "Block All Cookies"
Click OK.
In Netscape Navigator:
Click the Edit menu and then Preferences.
Click on Advanced.
Under Cookies, Check the Accept all cookies or Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server and click OK.
In Internet Explorer Mac:
Select Preferences from browser tool bar.
Under the Receiving Files heading, select Cookies.
When asked about receiving cookies..., select Never Ask and then click OK.
