Biographical Information:
I have been in Triathlon for a few years now and an a 6 time IM finisher. I am coached a a 2 time Ironman Wisconsin winner and great guy Dave Harju (www.daveharjucoaching.com).
In addition to working with Dave, I am also a member and coach with the Ottawa Triathlon Club (OTC) here in Ottawa.
