Biographical Information:
I completed my first Ironman race -- Ironman Florida -- in 2007. I did my first sprint triathlon in 2004, after spending three seasons doing bike races. I have signed up to do IMFL again in 2008.
My best result so far in 2008 was finishing in first place among masters men, and 4th place male overall, in the Inside Out Sports 4 City Duathlon Series.
I also finished in 3rd place in my age group in the United Healthcare North Carolina Marathon in Greensboro.
