Weekly Comments:
This week sucked. I was lucky to get the workouts in that I did. Hopeing for some better weeks ahead. Left leg/ shin was a little sore on Sunday 8/1 after long run. It was so HOT on Sunday, but I found a route that has shade, so about 1/2 of the run was in the sun and 1/2 in the shade which helped tremendously given the number of hills I encountered on that run. |
